The most iconic part of this song is the arpeggio keyboard lick and I brought it to this arrangement in 80’s tapping style!

“In My Life” – The Beatles
“In My Life” has always been one of my favorite songs due to its simplistic beauty. It’s one of the songs that really resonates in people.
“Down by the Bay” – Raffi
A joyful and cute sounding children’s song played with an upbeat and swung rhythm.
“I See Fire” – Ed Sheeran
One of Rock Class 101’s most popular arrangements, “I See Fire” is an epic song featuring a very cool tapping lick.
“Brown Eyed Girl” – Van Morrison
I had a lot of fun arranging this tune! The backbeat (slaps) absolutely make the arrangement stand out.
“Stairway to Heaven” – Led Zeppelin
An 8 minute opus compressed to just under 3. I tried to pull the best parts of the song and play them at least once throughout this arrangement.
“Blank Space” – Taylor Swift
This song is a great introduction to fingerpicking multiple strings at a time.
“Jingle Bell Rock” – Christmas
Probably one of my favorite Holiday tunes, this song adapted well to the ukulele. My arrangement weighs heavy on Brian Setzer’s version.
“Riptide” – Vance Joy
Vance Joy is one of today’s up and coming artists that is bringing the ukulele back into the spotlight!
“Let It Go” – Frozen (Demi Lovato)
When this movie came out, this song blew up and was easily the most requested song to teach from my students.
