“O’ Christmas Tree” – Christmas

A classic Christmas song, “O’ Christmas Tree” features two melodies. The first is relatively simple and straight-forward, but the second can be quite tricky.

“Uke Blues” – Rock Class 101

This arrangement makes use of combining strumming and licks (short solos) one after the other. It follows a standard 12 bar blues form in the key of A with a medium tempo.

“Tiptoe Through The Tulips” – Tiny Tim

Probably the first name that comes to mind when you mention ukulele to someone is Tiny Tim. As goofy as he was, the man was an excellent musician. Not many people are aware that Tiny Tim did not write this song. Though, my arrangement is based on his version.

“Stay With Me” – Sam Smith

“Stay with Me” is a simple three chord tune. Our arrangement makes use of using alternate versions of the three chords to bring out unique and colorful tones.

“Norwegian Wood” – The Beatles

This arrangement is a great introduction to playing chord melodies. There are two melodies in the song. The first is the most recognizable, but the second is beautiful too.

“Shake It Off” – Taylor Swift

“Shake It Off” is a simple three chord tune. Our arrangement makes use of some cool techniques to really bring out the melody notes. These techniques include: Hammer-ons, pull-offs, and slides.
