“Rude” is a reggae inspired pop tune with chords strummed on beats 2 and 4. Muting between the chord hits is important for this style of music, because it gives the strums a more percussive quality.

“Santa Fe” – Ottmar Liebert
“Santa Fe” is a Spanish-influenced piece that contains 3 melodies. It is a great example for developing finger-picking and rhythm.
“Banana Pancakes” – Jack Johnson
I used ‘Poetic License’ on this arrangement and rewrote the melody to incorporate some ‘dreamy-esque’ chord changes.
“Ain’t Talkin’ ‘Bout Love” – Van Halen
This arrangement is an advanced lesson that features many guitar techniques that defined Eddie’s playing. Hammer-ons, pull-offs, and legato licks are all incorporated in this arrangement.
“Eastern Uke” – Rock Class 101
I composed “Eastern Uke” with the Beginner/Intermediate player in mind. As the name implies, this is a fun ‘Eastern’ sounding tune!
“The Irish Washerwoman” – Irish Jig
“The Irish Washerwoman” is a traditional Irish Jig. It is a modal tune revolving around two chords, except during the walk down in the ‘B Melody’.
“Jesu, Joy Of Man’s Desiring” – Johann Sebastian Bach
This arrangement relies on a steady and moderate tempo keeping the eighth note triplets even. I would recommend playing along to a metronome.
“Everlong” – Foo Fighters
This arrangement for “Everlong” is broken into a few sections: Riff (intro/outro), Verse, Pre-Chorus, and Chorus. I mainly took inspiration from the acoustic version played by Dave Grohl, thus I would recommend giving it a listen before you begin learning this song.
“Family Guy Theme” – TV Show
Giggity! Family Guy is definitely one of the coolest TV theme’s around!
“Wagon Wheel” – Darius Rucker
I had a lot of fun arranging this tune! Throughout the song there is a backbeat (slaps). The final solo does not come from the original or any re-recorded versions of the song. It is written in G Major Pentatonic and follows the chord changes in the song.
