My concern is specifically regarding form 2, which is when the base of the index finger is fixed below the nut. However, when you are trying press higher strings, like the first string(string closest to your face) in the first or second fret, your palm has to slightly rotate for you to reach that part of the first string. This is because in form 2, all your fingers are like in this angle, so reaching parts of the first string located behind the first and second fret is kind of hard if your wrist is just fixed in this angle. However, when I’m playing other chords like c major, g major, etc, I can easily pivot back to the default position of form 2. I just want to see if there is anything like terribly wrong with this motion or whether it is completely normal to do. The video I have attached is apparently too big for the platform(it’s 29 seconds)- is there any other way I can send it? Thank you!

Can you upload it to YouTube and share the link here?
