In this U-Bass lesson, you will learn 3 lines that can be played over a 12 Bar Blues in G. Each line is at a different level of difficulty (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced). This lesson also includes a play-along drum backing track available in 3 different speeds (100%, 75%, and 50%).

All 3 lines follow the 12 Bar Blues form, so be sure that you know how the form works and that you have it memorized. As line 1 is geared for beginners, feel free to simplify your plucking technique by using only the index finger of the right hand. For lines 2 and 3, I’d encourage you to use an alternate plucking pattern using the index and middle finger.
