Evening Uke community (or I guess morning, depending on where you are),
I was just wondering if anybody else is having difficulty getting the premium lesson to play for “chopsticks.” on the website. I tried a click on play at a couple different times today and doesn’t seem to want to start.
It’s working for me, but I have had occasional problems in the past accessing the premium lessons – it’s as though the page with the video thinks I’m not logged in, even though I am. What I’ve found is that logging off (via the “Log Out” link, not just closing the browser) from the website and then logging back in fixes the issue.
Tony’s suggestion always fixes the issue. I have changed the site settings to keep you logged in, like an email account would. So hopefully this doesn’t happen again. Maybe try to clear the browser’s “cache” and see if it will recognize the new settings. Let me know if everything is back to normal 🙂
