This etude is jam-packed with concepts and playing techniques that will help the beginner player transition to the intermediate level. The primary focus of this etude being movement, i.e. playing throughout the entire span of the neck. In the lesson video, we’ll be highlighting ways to effortlessly navigate across the fretboard.

We’re also going to deep dive into other concepts, such as: using a 3 finger approach for fingerpicking, Travis picking, developing proper left hand form (to help master barre chords), and incorporating tempo changes (ritardando and fermata) into our playing.
