Made popular by Louis Armstrong, our arrangement is a fingerstyle take on this classic gospel hymn. We will be playing 2 forms on the melody. Form 1 is sparse, it is a simplified version containing mostly just the melody. While, form 2 really bumps this song up in the groove factor! With that said, approach form 1 as if it where an intro to form 2. We want to play form 1 slowly and steady, this helps to set up form 2 as the high energy focal point.
