How to do Right Hand Tapping on the Ukulele

Tapping is a technique that was popularized in the ’80’s. This technique adds a unique and flashy characteristic to your playing. Think of tapping in threes. First you tap the highest note with the right hand, then pull off to the lowest fretted note, then finally hammer-on to the middle note. Each note should ring clearly as if picked. The exercise in this example is in the style of Eddie Van Halen.
