An original fingerstyle song that begins with a subtle melody before exploding into virtuosic playing! I (Andrew) had the pleasure of co-writing this song with Evan. This is the second piece we’ve worked on, the first being “Spanish Nights.”

In “Spanish Nights,” Evan took what I composed and evolved it. This time around, he revolutionized it! This piece showcases Evan coming into his own as a composer.

He perfectly paces the piece so that it unfolds like a well-written story. Along the way, he masterfully uses dynamics to build and release tension. But he also goes a step further by throwing in creative key changes. These key changes inject energy and transcend the piece to new heights!
