    Hi Andrew
    In this etude you strum down with your thumb and then hit up with the back of the thumb nail. When I try this I just get a dull thud rather than a note. Could you show it more detail? Should I send a video of my failed attempts?

    Actually I got up this morning and was able to do it. I was just moving my thumb too slowly. When f I put a bit more “zip” into it sounds better.

    I might still upload a video if I can’t oerfect it .
