Can't help falling in love bar 2

Any advice in playing up the neck. I’m trying to hit the high G chord in bar 2… Sometimes ok but usually just lots of trouble making 4 clean notes with a barre this high up. It’s probably just practice but do you have any tips?

Looks like you ran out of room for your hand: large hands, small instrument.

Try a partial barre for that position: 0 11 10 10

Possibly an excuse to buy another uke with a cutout 😉

It’s a squash that high up for me too and I have fairly small hands. I can do it but it’s more of an effort to get a clean sound. I’m going to try out that partial barre…
