I’m a still a beginner and using the Enya all plastic ukulele which actually works well. But I’v got the siren song to step up to and something in the 250-300 range. I’ve been checking out UkeRepublic and have been looking at an OHANA CK-150SMP in concert size. Any thoughts or feedback from anyone or a recommendation from Andrew on a step up from my current (and beloved ) Enya. I play just for myself and looking for a nice warm sound with sustain but something that is really a nice step up.

I’m rather fond of my Magic Fluke tenor. Warm tone, good intonation, and nice range. It’s in your price range.

I have more expensive ukes but still really enjoy playing my fluke and will be using it for this month’s challenge.

@shelle hi there, not sure if you have decided. I’m sure you have heard how important it is the play the instrument you are purchasing. I have “a few” ukulele’s now and I love my concert Kala. I fine it has great sustain and stays in tune so nicely. I used it for the October challenge if you want to see it. I’ve had it five years now. Wish you best. Beware, once you have 2 there’s no turning back…. They multiply 😆😁😆😁😆. Louisa
