One year is not long, but not short.
Ukulele is not hard, but not easy.
RC101 family is not big, but very supportive!

Many many thanks to Andrew, Stephen and everyone!Without your great help, this is mission impossible for me. Thank you!

It’s amazing what you’ve been able to accomplish in a year. I think it took me about a year to transition smoothly between 4 chords while doing the island strum!

WOW, that is wonderful! You are a natural player.
You certainly have earned your Moonbird!
I love your delicate and elegant style of playing.

@robinboyd What’s more important is how long we can go~ but that’s my weakest point…So I need something to keep me practicing! Such as the Uke community here and new Ukes!
@ miztakenThe Moonbird surely is one of the reasons that help me practicing happily O(∩_∩)O

Great recap! It’s fun to see the progress throughout. I remember really liking your performance of A Thousand Years.

Wow!That was great and impressive!I’ve almost got a year in and I’m no where near your level. I think I skip around too much and don’t give each piece enough time. Could you share your practice routine and/or the method you used throughout the last year. Thanks and congrats on your achievement!

    Thanks for your compliment Becky!

    My routine is very simple:
    1. Warming up exercises usually this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WwZrbwAYyy8&t=35s
    2. the monthly challenge piece which is a great way to keep me practicing
    3. anything that i am currently interested in
in totally i spent about one hour everyday

the No.1 tip I have learned is focusing on what is not good. Practice that difficult bar for 20-30 times until you feel confident playing it.

the most important thing is relax and enjoy 🙂
