I recently bought the Presonus interface which came with Ableton. I upgraded to a macpro from windows so it would be easier to add video inti to Ableton which does not seem to be working for me. Anyone know the reason why when I try to drag a QuickTime recording into Ableton a round circle with a line appears blocking me from adding the video? Any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated . Thank you
If you’ve registered with Ableton, you’ll be able to contact technical support when logged in. They should be able to help troubleshoot this issue.
Wish I could help, but I switched over to logic in 2017.
