Also, in this song and many others, you do this thing where you flick your hand South when you have a break in the fretting. For example you do it in that repeated pattern that starts in bar 3. I’m always watching and wondering why. Is there a purpose?
Hi Lisa, I’m glad you enjoy this song 🙂 to answer your question, I’d recommend to ignore string 4 and pluck strings 1-3 only. As far as moving my left hand up the neck, it’s for a dynamic accent. I wouldn’t worry too much about copying this.
