    Hi guys! I think I overplayed yesterday and I woke up with a swollen finger of the strumming hand..
    It doesn’t really hurt, but it’s very tense.. I know I’m kind of dramatic, but has this ever happend to you? Do you have any suggestions?

    I’ve done it. I’ve literally played until my fingers bled. Take breaks. Your fingers get more stamina in time. Patience. ☺

    As others said, you should take a break. I had a similar problem when I was starting out but now my fingers have gotten harder on the tips so it doesn’t hurt as much. Still a long way to go though. Rest up, you need it!
