New to playing music

Aloha from Hawaii.

There are three stores that sell Ukuleles within a mile of my house!

Hoping to learn to play the ukulele. This is my first experience of playing music (other than on my stereo). Have been strumming my low G Ukulele every opportunity for a couple of months. I love it. So far, playing fast enough and duplicating strumming patterns are the biggest challenges I think.

I have been very moved and inspired by the Rockclass101 forum and lessons.

Welcome VK! That’s awesome that you live close by to so many. Is HMS one of them?

Keep at the strumming. We are actually working on a new course that’s all about Strumming 🙂

I’m also enjoying your Low G Waltz in C (no.2). So beautiful, at even my slow speed.
