    This isn’t nerdy!

    It’s useful for everyone I swear!

    If anything it could be an eye opener for people who were having a hard time REALLY visualizing how and why a chord was built from a particular scale. Then turning around and using it so it doesn’t sound like trash. Which is why I’m linking it even if you aren’t trying to do solos or trying to understand modes etc.

    Plus the lead into the video is hilarious. If you live in, or visited, the USA and watched any TV at ALL! you will probably see why lol.

    Thanks for this link. Just got back from Ukulele Band Camp where I spent a few days working on swing jazz with Tracy Kim (excellent teacher!). Improv/solos is the Gil. This video reinforced what he taught. Thanks for posting it!
