Was just listening to this lesson. Probably well above my current level, but it’s on my list. The lead Ukulele sounds amazing. The tone sounds very different from my uke. Is this the instrument, electronics, or the player?
I can def hear AJ used a delay effect and it actually sounds really cool in some parts! For ex, hit play in the sound slice tab player and go to bar 22 (41 seconds). Listen to how the effect replays the lick after he plays it, but it’s subtle and in the background. It also fits the timing perfectly!
Beyond that, prob just reverb, eq-d, maybe compression. It’s def a DI take, not acoustic (mic).
