Tin from the Philippines

Hello everyone! I’m Tin.

I bought my ukulele (Kala KA-15S) two years ago. Since then I’ve learned a lot of songs with the basic chords (C, Em, G, D, F, etc) but I usually play during my spare time as a way to cope with stress from school and work 🙂

I still struggle with some chords (Bb, Bm, etc), strumming patterns, etc.

I know nothing about music theory!! I took singing lessons 4 years ago but mostly learned how to use the head voice to sing classics.

Learned the first part of the Canon in D since it was free. Checked the 2nd part right away, but my ukulele only has 12 frets so I’m unsure how I should proceed…

Still, I’m looking forward to my journey with Rock Class! 🙂

Welcome Tin! Glad you found us 🙂 Check out our intro to music theory course here. Yes, many lessons go past the 12th fret, so I’d suggest picking up a concert or tenor uke for those lessons.
