hey classmates, Here’s what’s been taking up so much of my time since the end of August. I have volunteered to teach Strength Training two days a week to our local continuing education for seniors program. It’s a surprise hit with continued large attendance now in my 6th week of classes.
So if I don’t post a challenge video, you know what I’m doing. ha.
I’m really having a blast coaching these “old Fogeys”. Whoops I’m one too. LOL Now I need a ukulele mantra to go with the one-two count with the up – down motion of the dumbbells.
