Need advice! Passive pickup is loose

Hi everyone

This is a very beginner question, but I don’t have anyone else I can ask. I got a brand new ukulele a week ago, and now the integrated passive pickup has come loose. It moves around quite a bit and makes a noise (I’ve attached a strap to it), and I have no idea how to fix it. It’s probably something very simple, but I don’t want to break anything.

I’d really appreciate your advice, please. 🙏🏼
