After trying for a half hour, this was the best of the bunch. Not only did the timing go a little wonky, but my hammer-on/pull-offs started to sound messy and less clear with the building panic the longer I went …not to mention string noise creeping in bit-by-bit as I sweat through the anxiety of recording. 🤪 I was just relieved to get it over with (as you’ll hear at the end of the video, lol). 😅

I have a question to you: In your “My girl” tutorial – Where does the tapping sound come from in your recording – from the pickup Ukulele itself or from your audio mic? When I record with my pickup Ukulele only, I hear exactly NOTHING from my tapping I have practiced so much on all the beats 2 and 4 in the produced audio file.
