Problems with iPad

I have problems with using my iPad to play interactive tab play along video. Firstly, from Setting, there was no enlarge screen button; secondly the speed adjustment was not responding. I wonder if iPad is compatible with pc to perform such functions. / Sheila

Hi Sheila, apple does not allow “full screen” mode on iOS for the type of embedded content that the tob player is. But, the speed control should be working. Can you try with a different browser, like Google Chrome, and let me know if it works.

Hi Andrew, I tried this afternoon using Safari and it worked! I am so pleased. Thank you so much. I am now downloading Google Chrome. It can be another option if problem arises again. Fingers crossed😆
