Really nice and fun composition by Matt! It seems like a great study for its rhythm groove and a couple quick transitions. Maybe I just like it funky but I think it sounds good on low G. Melody B has a “high g” built into the Gm chord so I use that and then on the second to the last measure I have written it down to play the “high g” on the E string.
On the third measure of Melody B I found that I could sneak my first finger down next to my middle finger rather than work on that tricky middle finger half bar. Kind of a similar thing with the very last chord. Maybe my middle finger segments are a bit too long to accommodate those two chords without some work.

Glad to hear you dig it, Ron! I think it’s one of Matt’s best compositions 🙂
