Yes, one of the challenges is staying persistent. I haven’t done that before now. I know my learning disadvantages, and I’m working on them.
Andrew suggested working on Spooky Scary Skeltons for a month, and I’m following his advice. It’s slow going, but I’m getting there. Before that I’d been flitting from piece to piece, but not improving. There are so many GREAT arrangements here, and I want to do them all…all at once, and that’s just not efficacious. It’s like running in mud.

I’m a fairly confident singer / strummer performer. I just want to go beyond that and get my hand skills up, and REALLY learn how to play this amazing instrument I love.
Thanks for your words of encouragement! It’s good to get myself focused and actually have real progress!
