Thanks Ashley for this lovely arrangement. Thanks Andrew, I’m very happy to see this song on RC101!
Like Kathy (Planetfink) I wanted to get this submission in while Channukah is still going. As you can see and hear (noisy background) its mighty windy here. We only sing this in Hebrew so I didn’t include English. But hang in there, I will sing as required….
Happy Channukah.
Let us all bring our light into the darkness. Much needed right now.
Beautiful performance, Lyndall. I don’t usually sing the English lyrics either. Not really fond of them, but they worked in the arrangement. Chag Sameach.
Thanks Kathy. I liked your version on baritone. What a clever idea to change keys. (I’m not fond of the English lyric either!).
Thanks annemarie, leb379 and Andrew. It was fun to play.

What a fun and lovely arrangement. Thank you RockClass101 ! ! !
Kindly accept Absters entry for December: it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
He really enjoyed learning this piece and has been singing it whilst playing it a lot!!
Merry Christmas and a very Happy and peaceful New Year to all!
I always LOVE the performances of Abster and every time I am blown away about what the brain of a young person is capable of. His performance looks so easy and fun whereas I‘m fighting through even easier pieces… ha ha…
But that‘s the way it is. I wish Abster and his family a great holiday season and hope to see many many more of his performances.
Merry christmas and a happy new year.

Thank you for a beautiful and generous comment.
As a Dad, my observation is that kids have very less self doubt. We adults overthink and that’s that poses limitation.
