@maryjanew, so sorry you just missed the deadline, dang!! Well, your entry sounded lovely! Also the tone of your uke is quite pretty! Thank you, you know, I think I felt your positive brain waves floating in my direction! Thank you for that and about my entry! I actually think the piano playing the solo with the uke rhythm sounded so nice, I’m definitely going to try other things with that, but it may not be as beautifully put together as RC101 does! Anyway, thank you again and great work on that tune, sorry it didn’t count! 😅🥲

You’re so kind for spending time to listen to everyone’s playing and leaving thoughtful comments to each of them. I think your playing/singing was beautiful, and your piano playing was very elegant.
@leihali, thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement! It means so much to me, it really does. It honestly was such a nice, enjoyable distraction for a little bit. I’m so happy you liked my performance so much, that really means a lot! I was so shocked how everything came together pretty well in a VERY short period of time, lol! I had practiced different elements of the song over the month – I’d practice the singing in the car without music almost every day, then I learned a bit of the piano part, then lastly the part I was actually supposed to learn which is the uke part! But it all came together, I’m so glad you liked it!! 🥰
@Andrew…..Homepage looks great……with over 700 lessons and 11 teachers, this site is a huge resource for any Ukulele enthusiast.The new homepage has great energy…..it’s exciting!
Well, I was not able to finish ‘I Fall in Love too Easily’ for a March submission….I have all the different parts memorized and ready to go….I just haven’t recorded and glued it all together. It is my intention to finish putting it together and posting when it is completed…..whenever that will be🤪….(definitely not before Easter)…..hopefully, before the end of the year….
@The_Bumble_Bard (by the way have you ever told us how your name originated?). Great Uke submission….can’t believe you were able to pull it off in such a short time…..impressed with the singing….not easy and you did a great job….loved the piano solo! Prayers to you and your family🙏🏼We had 25 members participate this month! Bravo to each of you who participated on a job well done! 👏
