@joe150 – In that case, you can substitute the open G for the 3rd fret of the 2nd string and the 1st fret of the 4th string for the 4th fret of the 2nd string.
@joe150 – Great job Joe! From here, I’d work on one increasing speed, while keeping the tempo steady, but try one section at a time:
Bars 1-8
Bars 9-12
Bars 13-16
Bars 17-21And if you have a high G, try playing it on that. Some of the notes will sound better with that tuning 🙂

@cyman_t – Very nicely played! Two quick tips: Try a lighter touch on the opening (and mid section) strum. I think a softer touch will give it a sweeter tone. And for measure 9, I’m hearing you add a few extra notes there. So double check that measure. Overall, your fingerpicking sounds great!

Hi guys! I’m happy to announce that we were able to make another improvement to our search pages: Ukulele Songs, Concept Lessons, Mini Lessons, and Free Lessons.
Each of these pages now loads in half a second! That’s Ferrari-level fast, lol. Historically, they took around a second and a half to two seconds to load, so this is a BIG improvement!
And the increased speed isn’t just limited to the initial page load. When you select a term to filter by, the results populate at near-instant speeds too.

@annyuke – Very well played! Great feel, rhythm, and chunks! The only thing I’d focus on is getting more consistency with making the melody come through crystal clear each time. For ex, listen to the 4 melody notes in your performance at 35 seconds vs. at 6 seconds. You can hear how you nailed that section the last time more so than the first.
