@becky7777 Thanks for that. I appreciate the feedback. I already have a YT channel from another hobby, but I will use it when I post the full song.

    Cheers again.

Ok don’t be too harsh but here is the progression so far. Received my 1st Ukulele 2 days ago and I have no previous Ukulele or instrument experience. Managed to record my progression with Day-O Melody A on my phone. This is the section that I am finding to be the most difficult at the moment. I have learnt the rest as well but still need to practice it a bit.

@robinboyd – Thanks for the message of support, the part I am finding the hardest at the moment is the “Triplette” section in the intro. I have time to practice but I want to get that section under my belt. RobinBoyd I saw your video and…… very nice mate.

    Hey guys and gals,

Just got my first Ukulele 2 days ago and I have been working on Day-O. This is my first instrument that I am learning so I can assure you I will not be up to the standard of some of the other performances that have already been posted. I have just finished memorising Melody A, B & C and hope to have Melody D done by the end of tomorrow (day 3). If I can do that, then all it will be is repetition and getting used to the movements, as well as hopefully putting some emotion into it.

Anyway just wanted to say HI and that all of you guys and gals ROCK!! Thank you to Andrew and Matt, as well as all the other teachers whom I will most definitely learn from over the course of my learning, and remember go easy on me, lol.
