@Andrew – Thank you for the feedback!
Rubato came out naturally and also made it easier for me to play the tune.
I would’ve had to put much more effort trying to mantain a steady tempo, which I also love.

Rest is an important part of a good practise. Muscle memory really Works. You’ll remember previos practise. No problem.

    Hi everyone!

It’s been two months out of uke because of an injured finger and I’m super happy of being here again taking part of this month’s challenge.
I’had no doubt that “Spanish Guitar / Ukulele was going to be the first tune I was going to learn after the recovery period.

@Mikakanemusic: Thank you!! I really appreciate your feedback and I’m excited for watching new lessons from you!.
I rarely choose the challenge of the month based on the difficulty of the arrangement.
I usually choose the tune i like the most. I was absolutely captivated by this one though I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy task.
Thank you for your useful tips I’ll thake it all into account. I’ll take it up slowing down as soon as I can.
unfortunately not only I’m a bit busy this month bot I also injured the Middle finger of my left hand and I am going to be out of uke at least until January
I Hope I won’t forget completely the arrangement until then πŸ™

    @Dianna
: @The_Bumble_Bard: Thank you! You’ re so nice!
I admire how @The_ bumble_bard always go the extra mile with uke.
    I’m enjoying each entry.
I’ll be here watching you all and testing my level of “ukeaholism” until I can take my uke again πŸ™‚

Here’s my attempt at “Merry go round of life”.
I know there’s still a lot of Work to do to clean it up, but unfortunately I’m not having enough spare time the rest of the month.
I’ll continue practising it as soon as I can because I love this tune.

@misterbones – I’ll watch the lesson thank you!
I really appreciate your tips because I can see you are a methodical learner and you talk from experience.
I’ll try to be more patient while practising. Maybe that’s the key: starting from the begining practising slowly and focusing on the technnique itself.
    Amazing performance btw πŸ™‚

I think that one of the most popular fingerpicking tunes among ukulele players is bodysurfing.

Hrllo everyone! Here’s my submission. I love this relaixing tune.
Btw: Any advice to improve the accuracy of quick slides? I randomly go to the wrong fret and it doesn’t seem to get better with repetition.

@The_bumble_bard: I love your composition. In my opinion it suits the story perfectly well. πŸ™‚
You have that kind of divergente thinhing, in your way of learning and aldo to express yourself, that leads you to take what you learn and use it in your own and unique way. That’s the Best skill in artistic fields.
    Thank you for sharing!
