As I’m new here and have only submitted Aura Lee, I feel better improvement would suited to something new, so I will be submitting another beginner tune, at that will be Dream a Little Dream of Me.

I’m submitting a video of one of the earliest challenge songs I did. It’s , Dream a Little Dream of Me.
I would like to be able to play it faster and more fluid and work on the chord transitions in measure 3, 4, and 5 and 11,12,12and 14. Hopefully I can make it sound better than my original video.

So many that I want to revisit, but I thought I might work on Clocks. Last time I had difficulty with transitions, smoothness, and overall sound along with position of the ukulele. so I thought I would work on that.

I’ll try to re-record this song because it’s the first I recorded and I did it with the metronome and it sounds like a robot playing uke..I’ll try to play it less artificial!!!

Hi All — First post, first time recording solo ukulele for other people to hear it.

I’ve been working on this for a few days. It’s clearly slower than marked on the music, but I’ll get there. I’ll be interested to see what this sounds like in a couple more weeks!

I love the idea to rewind and look back on my uke learning journey. For this challenge, I’m going to try and improve on my performance of Prelude in C by J.S. Bach. My last recorded performance was April 2022, almost 3 years ago. I’m hoping I can improve on tricky chords transitions and difficult full barre chords and the overall finesse for this piece. Game on :))

I only have participated in one so far and that was last month so I am going to choose something that will improve my dexterity and skill (I hope)

I choose Fingerpicking Etude no. 37

This I believe will help me grow as a player. I have issues with my hands and focusing and patterning out with some left hand work I think will be helpful as well as doing right hand art the same time. Completing something will be a boost to me as well.

Since it was snowing today in sunny California, I think I will revisit O Come All Ye Faithful.
It should be a good challenge for moving up and down the neck and some chord reaches.

I should be able to find a before version that I can post with my final version.

And to keep it kind of memorized over the years. I want to improve on transitions dynamics, and the feel of the song the link isn’t working to post right now.
