Thanks and good job @marianne! Your fingers look sooo long I doubt that my small little fingers could do the stretches you did on the Baritone haha… anyways nicely played 🙂
@shmu88 and @marianne, such amazing takes on that one! I agree with Shmu, Marianne, I am jealous of your long fingers (along with your majestic playing and seemingly ethereal nature 😉😂). I have stubby, puffy little Hobbit fingers. 😂😅 Also not good for playing piano especially which always was a struggle. 😂 Anyway, really, really lovely playing! And @lucauka, too, that’s a fun song! Well played!! 😊
@lucauka – Fingerpicking sounds great Lucas! Your progress since the first video I watched is impressive! Keep up the good work, it’s clearly paying off!
I do have one suggestion to add to your practice routine. Try playing along with Matt in the tab player with the metronome feature turned on. Tap your foot as you play along, and aim to match his playing exactly. This will be a fun way to work on timing 🙂

I picked The Walking Dead theme song for the October 2024 member challenge. Like with Für Elise I made an effort to learn the song by ear from Andrew’s performance at the beginning of the tutorial. The slow down feature on YouTube is a very helpful tool for that. I learned it on a low G ukulele, hence the different fingering for the 3rd chord. The different picking patterns are quite a brain teaser. Good challenge, thank you for the lesson!
