@anyon1 – Sounds great Adriana! Try to keep your right hand/wrist as relaxed as possible and continue to work on increasing tempo. Keep up the great work!
@katazumiri – That was awesome! ππOctober 23, 2025 at 6:59 pm in reply to: Participate in the October 2025 Member Challenge β WIN $2,250 Kanile’a Uke #76358October 22, 2025 at 10:19 pm in reply to: Participate in the October 2025 Member Challenge β WIN $2,250 Kanile’a Uke #76356
AndrewKeymaster@leb397 – You played it well! I really have to nitpick to give feedback, lol. The only section I’d revisit is the first bridge. That section could be a little bit tighter on timing/tempo, but again, there’s not much I can critic. You rocked it! π€
@misterbones – Wow! Timing, feel, rhythm and the solo!! All amazing, bravo Michael π
@shmu88 – Dang, what are the chances of 2 awesome takes on this tune back to back!! You guys are killin’ it!I loved the split-screen solo, was sick! Great playing!
AndrewKeymasterGreat players!

AndrewKeymaster@dianna – Rockin’ take Dianna and awesome imagery! Two minor things I’m hearing: For bridge 1, work towards speeding this section up so that the tempo stays consistent with the prior sections. And for bridge 2, the first hit should last a half note instead of a quarter.
Great job on the licks and the slide-y chords! Impressive work!

AndrewKeymasterMy pleasure! And if anyone needs an explanation of how “Da Segno” works, check out our lesson on chart symbols π

AndrewKeymaster@brettboy – If I remember right, the first verse is twice as long as the others. There should be a “Da Segno” above that bar. Which means to go back to the sign, which is at the start of the verse.
A repeat sign would be the go-to method to use if the first two bars of the verse didn’t repeat 3x. Since it does, that dilutes clarity on where the repeat starts/ends.

AndrewKeymaster@malku2603 – You can, it just won’t sound as good as it does on Low G, and one chord in particular would need to be changed every time it shows up. That chord is B5 (46XX). Try playing this instead (X6XX).

AndrewKeymaster@malku2603 – You can do it! And I’ll be here if you need help along the way π
For now, start with the first section: The Intro. I have no doubt youβll pick it up easily. Once youβve got that down, the fear you feel now will start to fade, and youβll have a ton of confidence as you move into the next section.
