Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that speed does not count. I believe Andrew states that he wants us to be more conscious of consistent timing.
Hi everyone, okay so I got a strap and I learned how to read music so here is my entry for February’s challenge:

Ok, so, I’m not slim…..😜😜
With this left hand fingering I’m having an awful time holding my ukuele. Awful.
The worst is for A, where there are no fingers on the fretboard.
And! I really don’t want to just hold the ukulele with my right hand and thumb the whole thing. I’m trying to use my finger picking fingers…
Maybe a strap? My ukuele sounds decent, but was only $100 so I’m no too afraid to put strap buttons on it, though my husband was horrified that I’d do such a thing.
I’m doing the Beethoven piece.

OK, so having this skill is why I’m here. I’m a newbie on the ukulele, and am not talented in any way on any other instruments I’ve ever tried to play.
The lessons here are very logical, so I think I have a chance to learn.
Though, my heart is thumping just thinking of recording myself and submitting for public viewing.
The chance to win this beautiful uku is a big motivator!
