So groovin’ and cool! Such an inspiration for me to step up my game. I loved your version.
    Thank you for sharing,

Sorry for the big old head following: I thought it would be about a 1×1 square! Ha!

    Hi everyone,

    I am a premium member.

First time posting and first challenge entered. Who could resist that prize?? This Walking Dead theme was a real challenge to learn, especially that first chord change!

Here is my October challenge (please excuse the tacky halloween editing haha!)

Man I really struggled with that chord change. I was working on speed this month, and was doing well except for that first chord change which tripped me up every time. So I switched tactics and worked on dynamics instead to help me get there. Is that cheating the system 😂😉

Kayleigh, I actually like it slower now that I’ve heard more versions. The chord change looked good to me!

AM I A PREMIUM MEMBER OF THIS AWESOME WEBSITE? OF COURSE I AM!

Sorry about my performance, I have had a lot of trouble in school, and let’s just say it’s tough.
I love all your performances guys and flicking through all pages, made me see the awesome community that this website has brought. However, one thing came to mind. What if I ruin the mood, and play something happy! 🙂 Hope you guys won’t be mad at me changing the theme a bit 🙂 It’s legal, so why not? 😀 I might retry if I have time, but man what they say about nylon and wood breaks your bones.

P.S How can you say this was an easy song, Andrew! My left-hand hurts from baring chords, and from typing this. 🙂 Prize is only a bonus (Though like other poeple, I do want it), it’s skill and improvement I’m looking for, and thanks to this song, baring chords, and rhythm have been a bit easier for me (A bit). Thank you all, and see you guys again in the next challenge. 😀

P.S.S What’s with telling age these days? Adults don’t do it, but kids do… Why? Of course I did it a long time ago, but my reason was to see if I still had a chance in this world. What’s your reason for telling your age kids?

Here is my entry in this month’s challenge, The Walking Dead Theme. This piece was quite the challenge for this newbie. 😜 There are quite a few mistakes but I want to get this posted before the month ends.

who hasn’t been able to get her head around this month’s challenge. I keep practicing but don’t seem to improve on this piece so thought I might as well submit now. Hoping that I’ll do better next month.

Well done Curly. I thought that piece was deceptively difficult. All the individual elements were fine and could play them at 70% speed which is a huge achievement for me. But then putting them together got me like 😭

Kay, you just said exactly what I was thinking. I still haven’t mustered up the nerve to record because my playing is so rough. 😫

I am thoroughly impressed with all the submissions this month!

Just record your practise Kanae! I never meant to record that to submit, I quite often record myself and listen/watch back to see where I need to improve (it sometimes doesn’t sound as bad as I think it does in my head). That practise came out ok so was like, yeah that’ll do 😂 It also takes the pressure off a bit x
