    I loved the ‘Iron Man’ arrangement…..besides being a lot of fun (and also a real challenge) it’s a lovely tribute to Ozzy….Thanks @Andrew and Rockclass101…….
    I also have to add that I copied the images off the internet….one through open art ai and the other from kittysvg.com

    @dianna – Rockin’ take Dianna and awesome imagery! Two minor things I’m hearing: For bridge 1, work towards speeding this section up so that the tempo stays consistent with the prior sections. And for bridge 2, the first hit should last a half note instead of a quarter.

    Great job on the licks and the slide-y chords! Impressive work!

    @Andrew…thanks for the recommendations….I will work on them….I think I may be putting too much emphasis on the ‘chucks’…which definitely slows it down…..In the second bridge I also hear hesitancy in those little runs……it’s still a work in progress😁….And don’t get me started on those ‘slide-y chords’..😂….Marianne called them ‘waves’….I think of them as ‘musical moguls’ (skiing term), because u can definitely wipe-out on them…😜

    I’ve been having fun working on Iron Man but can’t seem to get the “slidy notes” to ring out. I’ve cheated by plucking them, but the slide sounds so much better. Every now and then I can get the sustain, but mostly I am lucky to get 2 or 3 of the 4 notes. Any tips? Thank you!

    @karenj it is really a challenge but one tip is to really try to keep your fingers pressed down the whole way (which is harder when you are playing 2 simultaneously) and also for me having my nails cut short enough where the ‘meat’ of my finger tip is solely doing the work 😀
    These have worked for me but am sure Andrew and the RC101 team have more tips to offer!
    Stick with it!

    Nice take @Dianna!

    @karenj – I would have suggested the same things Marianne did 🙂

    Thank you @marianne and @Andrew. I’ll keep working on it. And @marianne, I enjoyed and was impressed by your submission. I love the relaxed way you play. Rock on.

    My fingers have thicker calluses after iron man and too many attempts to get a clear video. Im glad @karenj asked your question and @marianne your response helped – amazing recording you entered.
    I’ll admit it was a tough selection this month. Not a huge heavy metal fan (showing my age). However it’s such a familiar riff/tune it was fun to learn.

    Here’s my better (not best) try

    Looks like I’m the first one to tackle this lovely little ditty this month. Enjoy!

    I was wasting time trying to understand how iMovie works haha

    I wanted to share this song too, it was awesome to learn it, thanks for the lesson guys!

    @leb397 – You played it well! I really have to nitpick to give feedback, lol. The only section I’d revisit is the first bridge. That section could be a little bit tighter on timing/tempo, but again, there’s not much I can critic. You rocked it! 🤘

    @misterbones
    – Wow! Timing, feel, rhythm and the solo!! All amazing, bravo Michael 👏

    @shmu88
    – Dang, what are the chances of 2 awesome takes on this tune back to back!! You guys are killin’ it!

    I loved the split-screen solo, was sick! Great playing!

    Really enjoying all the renditions of Iron Man, which I’m struggling to play cleanly. Thanks for the tips, @Marianne (lovely playing, as always) – I’m not convinced I’ll get those waves down in time, though. Plus two beautiful recordings of Aerials and two amazing renditions of Nothing Else Matters complete with @shmu88’s split screen. Inspirations, all of you!
