When I listened to the arrangement of Red is the Rose I thought it was such a beautiful and intricate piece that I’d never be able to play, but endless hours later I’ve managed to play it 🙂 I really struggled with the second part, which I think will take a few weeks to get comfortable with. Great exercise. Hopefully this is adequate as an entry!

Would love to have something by noah kahan, perhaps stick season, would be interesting to see if the banjo riff could be translated for ukulele.

Thanks so much for your feedback Andrew, I’ve recorded a second version and tried to incorporate a gentler picking pattern and a more even rhythm, although I found playing to the metronome pretty challenging actually!

I’ve never done one of these challenges before but I’ve been working on etude 13 as a beginner for the past couple of weeks so seems like a perfect opportunity. hopefully it qualifies!
