    No extra note there. Maybe you are hearing the noise of moving to the next chord?

    I AM A PREMIUM MEMEBER
    Here’s my entry for November Challenge
    Song of Storms | Legend of Zelda | Rock Class 101

    I am more of a “Final Fantasy” gal. I do however enjoy these video game theme songs for this month’s challenge.
    Posting my entry early as I’ve started learning Christmas songs.

    PREMIUM MEMBER who isn’t familiar with Zelda computer games but this piece is really lovely. I purposely play it slower because I guess that’s just how I hear it. Many thanks, Andrew, for another fantastic lesson and song.

    @johanna2509 – Beautifully played! Was an honor to share it in our newsletter today 🙂

    @clempek
    – I think you def have the chops for it! It was very well played. But there is one thing I would suggest focusing on, which is finesse. Check out this lesson for an in-depth look at this concept.

    But what I would suggest is to try to soften your attack. Here’s a video I made for another member awhile back on this song. It talks about how to do achieve a softer, sweeter tone.

    @samash07
    – Fingerpicking sounds great, Sam! What I would work on is timing. Try playing along with AJ and tapping your foot along. If you count the rhythms out loud as you play, that will help too.

    You can also try putting the tab player in “synthetic mode”, activating the metronome, and muting both piano staffs. That way you can focus on just the melody.

    @madz_about_uke
    – Beautifully played and I love the backdrop!

    @deadbuggy
    – Love the changes you threw in! Fantastic feel throughout your performance and that ending was absolutely gorgeous! Bravo, Sara!

    I haven’t played any of the Zelda games but I enjoyed attempting the Song of Storms – I learnt a bit more about recording in trying to get a clear tone.

    And I had some fun with the video… 🙂

    I’m like a child with a new toy with this challenge. Thank you for these amazing arrangements!
    I’m a big fan of zelda, not only of the videogame but also, and specially, of its soundtrack.
    Already learning “The great fairy fountain”, but I had to go with Zelda’s Lullaby as my first choice because it’s an old friend of mine 🙂

    Have a nice weekend everyone

    Hello everyone!

    When I went to school, the first computer appeared in our house. In fact, it was a constructor for radio amateurs, which was connected to a tube TV, and programs were loaded from a cassette recorder. We had three games: Tetris, Xonix and Python 🙂 This constructor had black and white pseudo-graphics, there was no separate sound card (CPU pin INTE was used as a sound source). In short, the capabilities of this thing were very limited. Later there were other computers, but I did not have an interest in computer games.

    I really liked that this time also piano sheet music for accompaniment were shown.
    So, here is my attempt with “Song of Storms”.

    Have a nice day!
