AndrewKeymaster@misterbones – Beautifully played, Michael!
@akukes73 – Rasgueado sounds excellent, as does the triplet picking. Very well played! 👏
@marianne – I like the change, sounds great! Clear, clean, and crisp harmonics throughout. Great job on the technique! The only thing I would work on is speeding up the chord harmonics (like the C chord 543X).
@joe150 – You’ve got the melody shining through beautifully. Very nicely played, Joe!
@nelsonlin2021 – Wow, very impressive Nelson! Both rhythm and lead sound great, as does your timing! Bravo!!
@brettboy – Aww man, that was so cool to hear on bass! Great job on transposing it 👏Her shows are super fun! She’s an incredible performer 🙂
@malku2603 – Each take has gotten significantly better, I think you’re making great progress! This was a very good take!January 24, 2026 at 9:49 pm in reply to: Participate in the January 2026 Member Challenge – You Decide What To Work On! #79662

AndrewKeymaster@jlchow – Thanks for uploading it to YT 🙂
Have you tried fingerpicking using more than one finger? For this tune, since it’s a pretty challenging one to play, I’d recommend using at least a 3 finger approach. If you try this approach, make sure to keep your right-hand in a claw-like shape, instead of open as you’re doing now.
Other than that, rhythm/timing and tone sounds great! Keep up the great work!

AndrewKeymasterSorry, I missed that. He plucks each note of the triad in rapid succession using this method. It’s very hard to do, which is why I simplified it 😅

AndrewKeymaster@dianna – Hi Dianna, hope you feel better soon!
The C chord actually comes in at measure 9, since the tune starts with a pickup measure. That part is explained in the lesson video if you want to revisit it.
The double harmonic happens one measure later than you mentioned in Evan’s version, at bar 12. It’s played by barring at the 12th fret while plucking natural harmonics on the top two strings.
AndrewKeymasterMy pleasure! Glad all is working again 🙂

AndrewKeymaster@malku2603 – Try looping the transition sections. For ex, measure 4 to 1. That’ll give you targeted practice at switching between chords faster.
AndrewKeymasterCan you try a different browser? If it happens there too, can you try on a different device?
This should help us pinpoint if the issue is browser or device related.
