AndrewKeymasterA count in feature is built in. Here’s how to enable it:
AndrewKeymasterCan you share a video playing that part? I’ll be better able to help if I can see/hear what you’re doing.
AndrewKeymasterBravo! Well played, Simon 🙂

AndrewKeymasterYou can download and print the CoF PDF HERE. (Make sure you’re logged in)
AndrewKeymasterYep, I’m a big fan 🙂
For your question: I’d take a look at the easier offerings for each month’s challenge. Last month we featured a beginner series song, but this month the choices start at level 1 songs.
Don’t be afraid to try level 1. Even if you don’t learn the entire song, you will get better in the process.
AndrewKeymasterWelcome, Markus! Glad you found us 🙂 Nathalie is spot on with her suggestion, but I too have a question for you. Have you gone to the Porsche museum?
AndrewKeymasterI love that you found your passion with Banjo music. I wish you nothing but the best, Holly! It’s been a pleasure being your teacher 🙂
AndrewKeymaster@dangar – We’re working on a full band arr. of a classic rock tune and a solo arr. for a grunge song 🙂 Stay tuned!
AndrewKeymasterWelcome, Ethan! Pre-Kanile’a means you’re an OG subscriber 🙂 Thank you for your support and I’m looking forward to watching your performance this month!
AndrewKeymasterHi Laura, unfortunately we can not go back to the old method. With so much content on the site, we had to introduce a way to sort through the lessons in an efficient manor. I’d recommend taking advantage of the search filter. In the example video below, you can see that I selected:
Level 1
Level 2
BluesAnd then further narrowed it down to High G Ukulele results only. Producing a narrowed result like this with the old setup was not possible. I believe this method will help folks find lessons they are interested in faster.

AndrewKeymaster@debb1985 – Great job on the feel and pacing. That’s one of the hardest aspects to nail, well done. If I have to nitpick, I’d say a couple transitions seemed to have a slight hesitation. And watch out for curling your fingers inwards, like at 1:33. We always want them floating above the fretboard ready to be employed.
@marianne – Great job on the work around! Timing sounds spot on and nice vibrato. I like that you focus on the subtleties in your playing. That goes a long way in shaping the overall sound.
@effortless – Well done, great playing overall 🙂
@brettboy – Groove is the big takeaway of this lesson and you aced it! Great job, Brett!
@taylor22jane – that was awesome! Performance is great and I love the trill. Great idea!2 tips for the video: Try not to cut off any of the neck in the shot. Most folks focus solely on the left hand, so we want it to be fully visible throughout. Also, try to center your body in the shot too.
