@TBB did you create that arrangement? You’re so good. I’m amazed.

@TBB 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 That was sooooooooooo amazing. I want to learn that now. You played with such showmanship too. You can tell you play the piano. I loved it sooooo much.
I joined the ukulele corner which is Jeff’s site where he explains all his pieces in the book and they have a monthly lesson with him on Zoom. The first day I joined there was a live class and he was teaching how to improvise. It was great. Then they had their first open mic last week. I don’t see Chopin on their site yet but he’s always adding to it. These are the Artist’s I see pieces for under the Classical genre:
Dionisio Aguado, J.S. Bach, Augustin Barrios Mangore, Ludwig van Beethoven, Johannes Brahms, Matteo Carcassi, Ferdinando Carulli, Francois Couperin, Jose Ferrer, Mauro Giuliani, Edvard Grieg, George Frideric Handel, Robert Johnson, Johann Krieger, Luis Milan, Niccolo Paganini, Jeff Peterson himself :), Christian Petzold, Manuel Ponce, Giacomo Puccini, Gaspar Sanz, Fernando Sor, Francisco Tarrega, Antonio Vivaldi and others like the one you showed a video of up above.

@kidelozzi That’s interesting. I just changed the strings on my Koaloha and I followed a video by Jeff Peterson. He changed the A string first. Kept all the other strings on while he changed it and then worked his way to the G string. I don’t know if that should matter but it is what I did as well.

@morrieuke1 Great playing. That uke is a bute. Congrats on it. Nothing like playing with a great instrument.

@Surferjay There are only a certain amt of NFTs and there are some left. You can still buy one. It gives lots of perks like working on an album with James Hill..other perks to come.

After listening to Jeff’s Romanza and then listening back to yours I am even more impressed with yours. You did so well. Keep practicing it because it sounds so similar to Jeff’s. You’re right there. Wow! I will learn it one day but after Adelita I think I will work on Lagrima….

I’m subscribed to Brandon Acker. He’s amazing too 😱. I started with the guitar but when a friend gave me a uke it took over 🤣😂🤣😂

@TBB John King? Ohhhh I will find it/him. Jeff Peterson is a Uke and Guitar Master. He’s won Grammy’s and is the most humble, kind person. You can find his videos on You tube. His playing will blow your mind.

That’s right, you won the uke that month. How cool is that? It must be so surreal to win. I’m sure noone thinks they’re gonna win. How fun. I’m happy just learning but to win is icing on the cake and a cherry on top 😂🤣😂🤣

It seems as if you’ve been playing for such a long time. That’s great. I make 2 years learning in May. Yippee!!!!

@TBB I like all the spanish style songs. I think that’s why I loved Adelita. I’m totally hooked on the Classical songs now. Are you familiar with Jeff Peterson? I bought his Classical repertoire book for the uke. It’s quite amazing.

I was so shocked my performance got featured on this week’s newsletter 😱 I hadn’t seen it because I stopped reading after I saw Evan and Matt’s pieces 😂 Two days later I looked at it again and noticed I was featured… I turned the video to black and white just because. I don’t even know why but thanks 😂 I’ve spent this entire month continuing to work on Adelita and to remember Crazy. Can’t believe that was last Summer… time flies. Might as well make the time count by practicing a little everyday. Keep up the good work my friend.
