camperParticipant@terryfallon3 Nice playing. You got quite a library behind you. I like that ukulele. Was it custom made for you? Oh, Merry Christmas.

I’ve donated $20 to the UKC in honor of RC101.
Here’s my take on the Waltz of the FLowers. Thanks for yet another year of amazing lessons and arrangements. Looking forward to 2023.

AndrewKeymaster@terryfallon3 – That was awesome, Terry! One on your best performances 👏 Merry Christmas!
@dal08260 – Beautifully played, well done!
@joe150 – Great job, Joe! Playing sounds awesome, my only suggestion is to memorize it so you can focus 100% on playing.
@misterbones – Brilliant interpretation! And thank you so much for the kind words and for your generous donation, Michael!!December 20, 2022 at 4:22 pm #55256

This month I chose the Nutcracker Medley – Steven’s performance was amazing! It is beyond my skill level but a piece I aspire to be able to play well one day. Today my rendition has many mistakes, is too slow but I generally feel quite pleased as I hardly had any time this month to practice. In addition, I managed to memorise it and got to the end – something I wouldn’t have been able to do in such short time this time last year. So a big thankyou to Andrew, Steven and all the teachers at RC101 for some amazing arrangements and great tutorials.
Happy holidays/Christmas to everyone!

With the Holiday approaching and my family arriving tomorrow, I feel I just ran out of time to get this arrangement of “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen” down. (One of my favorites, BTW). I’m hoping to play this for Christmas this year, so I might get a chance to post a better recording.
I’m having trouble getting the notes to ring out, sounds like I’m playing with mittens on.

lhamiltonParticipantWow! Thanks, Andrew!

jody_hendricksonParticipantThis is my somewhat halting attempt at God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen. I had fun learning this. It was my first thumb piece, and also great for working on chord changes. Thanks to Matt for the arrangement and everyone at Rock Class 101, teachers and students alike. I’ve learned so much from you all since joining in February and am very grateful.
