@the_bumble_bard very pretty. Tremolo sounds really smooth and finishing with a little claw hammer is nice. I’m still hooked on claw hammer. Just love the sound of a bum ditty rhythm. I’m getting close to posting… look forward to yours.

Nice tremolo start. Since I’m left handed, the tremolo tends to go wonky after 4 times 😕😆. Nice start. Hope you can play one of your originals!
@misterbones have to say you have demonstrated that the Ukulele truly can sound amazing in all genres@gi_gi_ good question. I have same situation. I do humidify but probably not real consistent.

Exciting you have picked a challenge. I too should work on vibrato. It always catches my eye when Andrew, Stephen and Matt all do it. Good one to work on.
OK so I have gotten this far with EP017 Parrot Head Blues. This is the first part of the solo. It’s not refined but after 3 days thought I’d post this much. So many H/O and P/O’s and slides too.
The second half is maybe more difficult so hopefully I get through it to post a final. All was at 75%@dianna you are so right. It does calm the mind and I have a quiet corner to practice. Appreciate the encouragement. Brighter days always follow. 🌞🤗☺️. Thinking of the words to “Here comes the sun”
Ok decided to pick some Blues
Tackling EP017 working on major triads, lots of bluesy slides/hammer-onsI’ll work on getting through lesson and memorizing the piece. Using my low G tenor
Practice as much as my fingers will take with all the slides 😬
Real challenge will be to record final take with the backing track. My technical ability hasn’t been great pairing everything so THAT is as much of a challenge. And last but not least… get me out of this winter, post holiday cloud. Ps if I change my mind… I’ll let you know by 15th. Louisa
