That is awesome! I would love to see him again. I saw him once, probably 15 years ago, at the Teluride Bluegrass Festival. He was a “in betweeen” act. It was just him and his uke and he got the whole crowd listening and cheering first song. He was amazing! I bought his CD right away, he is a total inspiration.
Andrew can I just say since no one has… How cool is it that you made a video with your favorite uku Artist??! I would have been such a spaz if that were me, You were so chill. And how cool that she is supporting your site this way!!
Technical question: if we choose to take on moon but are unable to learn all of it in a month, will we still be entered in the challenges? Or does the song need to be complete?

Finally! Here is my submission. I must say this was a crazy challenge at first. I never thought I would get it. Then when recording it felt so short! I guess that means I grew from it 🙂 Can’t say I nailed it… recording is so humbling!

It’s funny, I didn’t even know I was holding my right hand like that until I watched my video.
This is my first challenge and first time recording myself. It was much harder than it looks! Anyway, really loving this site and learning this sweet little instrument!
