@Andrew, thank you for your kind feedback. I want to echo the sentiment that several people have shared…this site and community you have created is such an inspiring and encouraging place to learn, and very much appreciated. I can’t wait for the next list of songs to come out! 🙂

I think I aimed a bit higher than my skill level on this one. I practice everyday, and it’s so fun to watch the progress in the beginning, with the leaps and bounds of improvement. But then I hit a plateau, and can’t seem to get the piece to that flawless state. Anyway, here is my attempt at Blue Moon, stumbles and all. 🙂 Thanks to Andrew and Steven…it’s a great song to learn and play!
I loved A Duet from the Heart the moment I heard it, and it was fun to play with a backing track. I couldn’t stop smiling when I finally made it to 100% speed, although I still only get the triplets right about 1 out of 10 times 🙂 Thanks to Andrew for the beautiful song, and to Steven for the great lesson…super fun!
Thank you so much for this lesson on addressing stage fright! It really spoke to my experience, and I appreciated Matt sharing his own stories and feelings of anxiety that inevitably arise for most of us…makes me feel like I’m not alone in my “terror”. 🙂
