@bibilele – Bravo! Y’all sound amazing together! 🙂@barbecueblack – Fantastic pacing and feel! The one thing I’d suggest working on is the big slides in measures 4 and 8. Try to ket the tempo steady with those licks. Oh and double check the form of section C (Melody A). I heard 1 bar too many there.

@brettboy – I loved it! You and your dad did an awesome job! What I loved most is how different the vibe was between both takes. Music is amazing in that way. We can achieve a completely different emotion by simply changing an instrument or two.@johanna2509 – Beautifully played, Johanna! I wouldn’t worry about that noise. Happens when I play too. I just pretend it doesn’t 😂

@jojoba – Awesome playing, Juan! My only suggestion is for the main riff (first 2 bars), try not to rush it. We want to hear evenly spaced 8th notes throughout except for the last note, which is a quarter note.Try playing those two bars without the h/o’s and p/o’s then add them back in (like the video below). When I taught private lessons for 11 years, I noticed many folks rushed the H/O P/O licks. I think that’s what’s happening here.

@musiclover – Bravo Mary! Excellent playing and timing through Melody A and B. You’ve got a great base established with the solo section (Melody C). But I’d make that section the focus of your practice from here on. Try practicing it in phrases just as I taught it in the lesson video. With that approach, I think you’ll have it down in no time! Keep up the great work 🙂
