    🙋🏻‍♀️😂

I’ve always been a recreational learner and will never be a serious musician. I play for fun and will continue to for the enjoyment, but as soon as it starts being too serious, I end up quitting.

I tried getting into the courses, but quickly lost steam. My attention span is too short.

It looks like the only way to set it up is at membership sign-up. Andrew might be the only one who can manually help you with that.

    Email him! 😊

I’ve been watching these challenges since January and they’re so much fun to watch. Aldrine either has perfect pitch or close to it because he’s able to figure out most of it in one hour. I love that he had never heard of Evan before.

I realized I experience the “ping” sound when I tune a couple of my ukuleles, so I was thinking about getting the Music Nomad tuning lubricant.

Katie talks about it on this video. She also mentions what surface cleaner and fretboard oil she likes and why.

Sounding good, Brett! Nice to see you playing your Feb. challenge prize. 😊

I bought the same model in tenor size last year and recently restrung it to re-entrant tuning, so I think I’ll be using that on this month’s entry video. It’ll be a challenge for me since I’m not used to playing a tenor, but it’ll be nice finally getting to use it. Kinda glad the low G string broke on it. lol 😆

Fun! I love unboxing videos. Thanks for sharing, Lisa! That’s a really cool color. 😎

I could kinda tell when the surface starts looking a little ashy (for lack of a better term), but it’s less obvious with lighter woods.

Katie made this video that I really liked.

Haha, yes…but I bet not nearly as often as you do. I’m much more comfortable speaking English. So much so that I lie most of the time just to dodge having to speak Japanese. 🤭

I only look Japanese on the outside. 😆

Same. I also bought a bottle of lemon oil before I knew better. Hahaha.

Careful with lemon oil…it’s said it has a drying effect (despite its purpose because of the acidity).

Wow, that is a nice looking instrument! It looks kinda dry…you might want to hydrate the surface with some uke conditioner. Gotta take care of that beauty.

Katie (One Music School) recommends Music Nomad products.

AND JAPANESE?! “Only” speaking English and Japanese is already more than most. 😅 You’re getting more impressive by the minute. lol

Also…is that German you’re singing in?! Even cooler!

I’d be happy if I could play and sing in English. 😂 I don’t have that coordination.

That is really cool and I like the sound! That’s a good impulse purchase if you got a great deal. Terry over at Uke Like the Pros makes tutorials specifically for the guitarlele. You should check him out.
