@jbmills07 Amazing sounding and looking instrument. Congrats and I look forward to hearing it when done with your singing. It’s moving that you will be singing this to your best friend Regina. I am certain she will love it. A special prayer for her. Our warm thoughts are with her ❤️Fun challenge as always!
1) Execution: I would love to delve deeper into jazz and Bossa nova with more complex jazzy chords/new shapes and syncopated rhythms. I will start by learning the chord sequence and shapes, then learn the syncopated rhythm, and last build up speed until I can play it in the adequate tempo.
2) Application: I will apply this to Bossa Nova – EP008. I might play the rhythm accompanied by the lead, or choose to do both if I feel adventurous enough and ready/capable.
3) Evaluation: I hope that by the end of the month I can play a whole Bossa nova tune in time, accompanied, with clean formed chords.

@maryjanew, sorry did not get the notification in time! but as Andrew said, an easy adaptation. Let me know if you have any questions relating to a specific measure! your start is lovely! look forward to hearing the whole thing.
@emiliano, funny I also practiced it as a build up whereby round one is as written and round 2 introduces the chords as arpeggio, etc. Just did not have time to record the double version. Your take sounds lovely! Excited to hear it on the baritone when you have it.

haha @Andrew, so everytime I tried to slow it down, I would find myself speeding it up again. I think my fingers got too used to the groove at that speed, but I will definitely give it a shot!!I know I already submitted No. 26, but I had to lear No. 35! Too groovy and addicting! and the bridge is exquisite. Thanks @Andrew for these beautiful compositions.

Hi @Andrew, in response to the ‘confirm you are not a bot’ issue, I have been experiencing the same issues where I am signed in to both YouTube and RC101, in the same browser, and still getting this message and unable to play anyone’s videos.

Took me a while to settle on one fingerpicking etude as there are so many melodically beautiful ones! Decided to go with No.26 as it is specifically for baritone and I also really like the travis picking technique.
